I am on F1 VISA on OPT - Optional Practical Training, with an EAD which expires in August, 2010.
For me to get an extension, either of the two things has to be true:
1. My H1-B Visa should have to be filed and if it is approved good to go, if not approved or pending for any reason, I will still get an extension for 17months.
2. If my H1-B hasn't been filed by the end of my OPT, the company for which I work for should be an E-verified company.
